The Scientific Excellence Initiative is an intensive training programme organised by Knowledge Growth Company for outstanding graduates from public and private universities.
The programme aims to develop students’ theoretical understanding and practical skills in molecular biology through a five-day training structure that includes theoretical sessions, hands-on laboratory training, and a final assessment.
Participants are selected based on academic nominations from trusted professors and department heads, ensuring the participation of motivated and scientifically distinguished students.

Chief Executive Officer
Is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Growth Company. He leads the company’s scientific vision, strategic development, and overall direction, with a strong focus on molecular biology, genetics, research services, training programs, and scientific innovation.
Dr. Saif Alhafud
Co-Founder, Laboratory Manager & Bioinformatics Lead
Is the Co-Founder and Laboratory Manager of the company’s global laboratory division. He also leads the company’s bioinformatics activities, supporting molecular and genomic projects through data analysis, sequencing interpretation, and scientific workflow development.
Dr. Saja Ali
Event Planner
Dr. Saja Ali recently joined Knowledge Growth Company as the Event Planner. She is responsible for organizing the company’s conferences, scientific events, training courses, and educational activities, ensuring that each program is delivered in a professional, organized, and impactful manner.
